This summer, the non profit Paint a Future, participated in a unique event. A festival that took place on ships sailing around the Dutch “Wadden” Islands. Theater, dance and music made this a great holiday experience for the participating artists and all visitors.

For Paint a Future it was an opportunity to raise money for its cause. More than 100 children painted bags with Bruynzeel material donated by The Royal Talens Foundation. The money that was raised with this activity will help Horacio and Romina (Argentina) to build a better future!

Paint a Future got in touch with Horacio and Romina in 2002. Now, 15 years later, Romina has children herself.  Both Horacio and Romina are still facing challenging circumstances in their adult life.

Thanks to Hetty van der Linden and Femke van Meer ( Paint a Future) and of course to all the children that participated!
